We offer four different training Options

Weekday Practice

Is held on after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These group practice sessions cover all elements of the game. Players are divided into groups based on age. Practice times depend on the players age group. Weekday practices begin with 30 minutes of study time and a nutritional snack.

Weekend Practice

Is held on Saturdays and Sundays. These one hour group practice sessions cover all elements of the game. Players are divided into groups based on age. Practice times depend on the players age group.



Shooting Coaching

Shooting coaching is focused on teaching the players the mechanics of shooting. From footwork to shot release and follow through. We go indepth on it all, and then practice, practice, practice. This training will turn your player into the deadliest shot on the court, but training spaces are limited.

One on One Coaching

Players are divided into the following age groups

Baby
Ballers

Ages 5 to 9 years old

At this age group, we focus on mastering the basic skills and discipline of basketball. Your baby baller will learn to…
  • Work with other kids and to complete tasks as a team.
  • Master basic ball handling moves that they will be able to use in the game. Like the cross over, in and out, in and out cross, and retreat dribble.
  • Learn the triple threat and what it is used for!!
  • Develop their confidence in a safe environment.
  • Enjoy themselves so much that they forget that they’re training.

Middle School Ballers

Ages 10 to 13 years

At the middle school level, we are looking for kids who are serious about getting better and learning the game. We will really be challenging this age group. We will focus on…
  • Individual player development
  • Being in the right position on the court to make the game easier for ourselves.
  • Not just making the right play, but making the best play.
  • Build their confidence in their ability to shoot, pass, and dribble.
  • See your child develop into an on the floor leader.
  • This program guarantees your kid will be ready for his or her middle school season.

High School Ballers

Ages 14 to 18 years

At the high school level, we have no time to play we will be training at the highest level. These are the most pivotal years where we competing for spots on high school teams, AAU circuit spots, and college scholarships!!! We are going to help build young men and women that can not only be successful on the court but in the real world.

  • Learn life lessons through basketball.

  • They will be able to compete with some of the areas best players. Like James Bishop of Mount Saint Joseph High School, who currently holds 10 division 1 scholarship offers, and Ryan Conway, one of the nations best scores and top 5 freshmen in the United States.
